What is Microblading?

Microblading is a form of tattooing where pigment is implanted under your skin with a manual handheld tool. We draw hair like strokes with the tool to micmic natural hairs in your brows. Although considered a tattoo, micbroblading is actually semi- permanent as the pigment  is implanted under the dermis (first layer of skin).

How do I prepare for my appointment?
To prepare for your microblading appointment, please avoid blood thinners, pain killers, caffeine, alcohol and retinol at least a week before your appointment. These combinations can cause you to bleed more than normal during procedure. Profuse bleeding pushes out the pigment causes the semi-permanent tattoo to not stay as well. Please do not wax or tint brows prior to appointment.

Does it hurt?
Pain is relative. Some feel more than others. We do use a numbing topical and top ups throughout the procedure to dull the pain.

How long does it last?
Microblading lasts up to 3 years depending on skin and lifestyle as well as aftercare
