1. Select color of brow pencil and/or brow powder by comparing to your hair color and skin tone. Brow color is equally as important as brow shape.
2. Determine the basic shape of your brow by marking the beginning, arch and ending of your brow with a brow pencil.
3. Fill in brows with by following the outline you have created with the brow pencil.
4. Pluck hairs below brow line and be sure to pull hair follicle in the direction of your hair growth to prevent hair bumps and breakage.
